He went so far to label his people as Vietnamese because he thought that people would stand behind him when the subject of hate be brought to the forefront. He was wrong. Cambodians have been divided as Sam Rainy has been doing as well. Sam Rainy is bad for Cambodia. That's why his king can't support him.
