We should provider better documentation how to try the osgi example. It can be
a bit tricky to install bundles in an osgi container and start it up, and see
where it actually logs it output / progress etc.
And the MANIFEST.MF files on this example looks a bit odd since it doesn't
import any camel-core or camel-spring related.
