Whether we are using the EIP route viewer, tracer/debugger or not - being able to easily run the META-INF/spring/*.xml stuff in camel - or running a specific camel.xml file is a nice option for the plugin.
The runtime configuration stuff is mostly working now (thanks James! :), I've added back in the normal Java tabs too so users can customize the classpath, main, program arguments, VM arguments and so forth.
