There can be a problem with camel:run if you run it with spring xml files not
in the default expected folder META-INF/services.
There is configuration to set the new folder in the pom.xml - its documented in
the wiki. But I guess I had trouble to get it working.
Added this ticket to remember to look into it.
Should work with both classpath and file based.
