Fix Version/s: 2.0.0
Not really sure how useful this would be as the component itself uses only
basic j2se (javax.naming).
Apache DS is only used for tests and spring-ldap would only show how to do
different tests, using spring, which I am not sure if it should be in Camel's
scope. I will move it to 2.0 for now, but if other people think this is not in
the scope, we can close it later with "won't fix".
