Fix For: 2.0.0
We should do the same kind of refactoring of camel-ftp as we did with the file
component. Espeically get rid of the timestamp and clean up the code, to be
more maintance firendly and be ready for adding the pluggable sorting,
filtering and what else comes in the future.
