You might like to have a look at the docs on IONA's FUSE Web site. If you go to the FUSE ESB 4.0 (i.e. ServiceMix 4) Preview, there is some beta quality documentation there. Go to http://open.iona.com/products/enterprise-servicemix-4-0-preview/, click on the Documentation tab and have a look at the document, "Enterprise Integration Patterns (OSGi Container)". It doesn't cover everything, though. It's only a draft.
