If I remember right, the camel 1.4.0.0-fuse is based on the middle
version between the apache camel-1.3.0 and apache camel-1.4.0.
Please check out the camel 1.4.1.0-fuse or latest released 1.4.2-fuse.

The tracer is part of Camel 1.4.0 so you need at least this version.
It's part of camel-core .jar so it should be in there.
