Yes its possible. See the JMS component documentation at:
http://activemq.apache.org/camel/jms.html

It has a lot of options. The one you are looking for is:

Subject: JMS Scalability

I have a Camel route configured to pull messages off of a JMS queue. For
scalability purposes, how do I configure how many listeners Camel creates?
Can it only receive one message at a time? I want to process multiple
messages simultaneously. Can this be done with Camel?
