When a Web server sends an error page to HttpProducer, my Camel route
needs to be able to process the _content_ of the error page. How can
I do this? I was hoping that HttpProducer would put the content into
exchange.fault, but instead it looks like the default behavior is to
discard the error page content and make it available for GC, around
lines 113-116 of HttpProducer.java (in Camel 1.5.0). How can I
override this behavior, and access the error page content?
