Yeah - its maybe not immediately obvious but ServiceMix and JBI
actually is a registry of endpoints; it lets you use logical URIs in
your routes and then bind them to any physical endpoints you wish.

so you'd use the JBI logical names for things (like WSDL QNames for
interface / endpoint names which are protocol agnostic) in your
routes. Then you deploy whatever physical components/endpoints you
wish into the JBI bus and the JBI NMR maps the logical names to the
physical names.
