Hi Pamela, From the camino.log, the "file.encoding" environment was not set to ISO-8859-1. It's likely you mis-typed the line in camino_launch.lax.
Could you double check it reads exactly like this: lax.nl.java.option.additional=-Dfile.encoding=ISO-8859-1 Let me know how it goes.
