I'm have been noticing random painting issues when scrolling the browser window. Basically, different portions of the page paint multiple times when scrolling. Seems to happen more frequently when scrolling page as it's loading. Also, I haven't been able to isolate when this started but it does occurs with both 10.2.8 and 10.3 seed using the 2003100711 build. Once I have finished reduced a test case for another camino bug, I will look into this problem further.
