Ok, I agree with the user friendliness part. The links part is the feature I find the most useful anyways...which is being discussed here. It just seems like that interface in a simple mode might be an easier addition than the other links management system (except the fact that it seems like dragging the urls from the info to the page is the only way to work this in last release of firefox).

I still would like to see >> implemented for the toolbar bookmarks since it already works for the toolbar itself.

I believe a minimal page info that simply displayed a bit of meta
information, such as last modified dates, page size, etc. would be a
good thing. I think the Mozilla and Firefox page info windows are a
little bloated, someone who didn't know what they were looking for
would easily get lost in there.
