There is another extension for Mozilla called "Flash click to view"
(http://texturizer.net/firefox/extensions/#flashclick ) This presents a play
button that you have to click before any flash content actually loads. Is
there anyway that anyone knows of to get this to work in Camino?

Given the abundance of flash content, and Camino's difficulties with several
flash objects in one page, this imo, would be a great feature for Camino,
btw.
