I assume we should be pounding on the branch (and wonder why continue a nightlie for the non-branched version)
The branch will end at 0.8, so the trunk is where all the development leading up to 0.9 will happen. Continuing a trunk build saves a really messy merge at the end of 0.8 (and also allows work on 0.9 to happen concurrently with 0.8 finalization).
