A*right-click* displayed the standard contextual menu.  In Mozilla, a 
click
gave an error, while a right-click put up the menu (though the menu 
was
weird. I just tested that out again with the following browsers and had
  I was using a control-click, which I assume the OS translates into a 
second-button click, so any app wouldn't know the difference.
