It sounds to me like the tab was being drawn as if something was being
dragged onto it for some reason.

In addition to being blue, the tab did not highlight when clicked.
Whether it was current tab or not, it remained the same color of blue
with no gradient. Text, icon, and close widget were normal.
Am i unaware of some condition that's supposed to cause this?
Anybody else see anything similar?
