[Camino] An unknown error occurred while printing

I have just done a reinstall of Mac OS X (10.4.5) and found that I am  
not able to print from Camino (latest nightly build Version  
2006021600 (1.0+)). I copied over my Application Support/Camino  
folder from backup. I get a dialog box with the above error message.  
Also, "Page Setup" does nothing at all. There are no log messages in  
console.log or anywhere I can find.

Printing works fine in every other application I've tried (Safari,  
Pages, etc.)

Any suggestions?
