I have found that when I attempt to down a file wth Camino - particularly DMG, ZIP, MP3, and other binary files - that the browser will lock up and eat up 100% of my processor. This is happening more and more frequently.
If I load the exact same URL in Safari and try to download, it works instantaneously, effectively ruling out DNS, bandwidth, processor, etc as an issue. This is a Camino only issue, but it's CRIPPLING, because I often have several tabs open, and this always results in a beach ball for several minutes (or until I lose my patience, open Activity Monitor, which often takes a minute or two in this state, and kill Camino). Anyone have any thoughts? Adam _______________________________________________ Camino mailing list [email protected] http://mozdev.org/mailman/listinfo/camino
