For Firefox, there is now a plugin providing the same

could understand from browsing the Forum, Firefox plugins are not
usable with Camino)?
You can use the Firefox PDF plug-in <http://code.google.com/p/firefox-mac-pdf/
> with any Camino 2.0pre build (including 2.0b1), as long as you're
willing to
1) perform surgery on your Camino application (you'll have to repeat
this with every new Camino you install/upgrade to) and
2) live with the bugginess of the plug-in (it periodically steals
keyboard focus, making it impossible to switch tabs with the
keyboard, for instance).
It *will not* work with Camino 1.6.x (and will actually prevent
Camino 1.6.x from downloading PDFs).
<http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=4664815#p4664815>
details how to get it working (download the plug-in's .xpi file and
rename it .zip so that Mac OS X can automatically unzip it).
I followed the instructions, but the application crashes as soon as I
want to open a pdf file.
I guess I'll wait until Camino2 is officially relased and the solution
becomes hopefully more stable.
