Dealing with the SP2 Installation Fallout
If the SP2 install were seamless, it would also be
worthless. How do you deal with the inevitable problems that

A source of a large amount of moderated information would be
useful for users, and there has to be more than what
Microsoft has provided so far. They have done an excellent
