No call yet from the realtor..sigh. According to the contract (ours), he needs to accept our offer or counter offer by 5 today. Probably a bad sign that we haven't heard anything yet. We also got another surprise about our financing..that forced us to go a separate way in the financing but in the long run, it's probably not a bad thing and the financing is still available AND we can deduct it from our taxes now...but it could mean more years before we build...like building in 5 instead of 2 or 3. I'm not thrilled about it but both Jas and I agree that this land is something we really want.
Anyway, I'm not sure what'll happen now. I'm completely bummed. 2 hrs to go and no call..sigh...I'm wondering what next..do we reoffer or not? That's pretty hard to do with no input from the seller. We have no way of knowing if he's hard on the price he set or not. Well, wish us luck anyway...and I'll keep reminding myself if it isn't meant to be, it isn't meant to be.
