(UPI) -- A lawsuit filed in New Jersey claims an 11-year-old boy was kicked out of his Boy Scout troop for dumping too much cheese on his spaghetti. The suit filed in Newton Superior Court says Robbie Kent, 11, of Vernon, was camping with his troop when tried to sprinkle some parmesan on his spaghetti, the Newark Star-Ledger reported. The can was clogged and when the boy took the top off, a large chunk of cheese spilled onto his pasta, the suit says. Troop Leader William O'Mealy allegedly accused the boy of wasting the group's money and ordered him to remain seated until he had eaten all the cheese, the suit charges. Robbie's parents, Timothy and Adahyliah Kent, requested a meeting with troop leaders after the incident, which they said traumatized their son.
