ServersCheck Standard
Edition is a tool for monitoring, reporting and alerting on network
and systems availability. The standard version can be used for free
with up to 3 devices, which is adequate for personal use. It can
monitor any TCP Port (HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, NNTP, POP3, SMTP, VNC, DNS,
etc.), check ODBC, Oracle, MySQL databases, trap SNMP values (disk
space, free memory, CPU usage,...), verify content served from a web
server and check NT services and process availability. In addition, it
also can monitor environmental devices like temperature, humidity,
flooding. Alerting can be done via email, MSN or network message.
ServersCheck runs as a local service and is administrated through a
browser interface by connecting to the built-in web server. Additional

USAPhotoMaps downloads
USGS (United States Geodedic Survey) aerial photos from
terraserver.microsoft.com and creates scrollable, zoomable,
GPS-enabled maps from them. It offers special support for garmin GPS
owners and and option to connect the GPS to the application in order
to retrieve aerial photographs of the current location. The program
works fine, even if you don t have a GPS, all you need to do is enter
the Langitude and Laditude numbers of the location that you want to
view. (You can find these numbers at mapblast.com). The photos are not
live views, but are archived and usually about 5 years old.....
WinPatrol allows you to get
a better understanding of what programs are being added to your
computer. It monitors important system areas that are commonly altered
by many malicious programs. This includes the startup groups (registry
and startup folder), cookies and active tasks. You can terminate
processes and enable or disable startup programs. The cookie
monitoring option allows you to automatically delete cookies based on
a keyword found in the cookie name. Additional features include a
WHOIS lookup tool and an option to alert you on changes. WinPatrol is

BIMP is a
small and simple batch processor for image files, that allows you to
perform various functions on multiple images. It can be used to create
thumbnail images from your pictures, add a prefix/postfix, replace
spaces in the file name with underscores, flip or rotate images and
also apply anti-aliasing and beveling effects. The thumbnail resizing
allows you to force a specified width or height and keep the
proportions, or define fixed image dimensions. In addition, the
program can also convert the file format to GIF, JPG, TIFF, PNG, BMP,
MIFF or TGA. All of the actions can be performed individually, or
combined.....
Interface
Traffic Indicator enables you to measure incoming and outgoing traffic
for SNMP-capable (MIB-2) interfaces, including compatible network
cards, switches, routers, and other devices. You can customize the
polling interval from 1-120 seconds, and optionally write a log file.

flexible backup tool that can create normal or compressed backups in
ZIP format. You can create multiple backup profiles, select files and
folders to be included and apply several advanced filters based on

or in a compressed archive that can be updated or split into
fixed-size parts. The program does not come with a built-in scheduler,
however supports command line arguments, allowing you to use in your
