Kelly Rowland turning on star power in 'Seat Fillers'
Destiny's Child songstress Kelly Rowland is poised to step out of Beyonce's shadow with the upcoming indie film "Seat Filler." At least, that's the prediction from Duane Martin - the star of UPN's "All of Us" sitcom - who co-wrote and co-produced the film with his wife, Tisha Campbell Martin and Mark Brown.

"No one's seen her like this," declares Martin. "Kelly is the leading lady ... she's not behind Beyonce. Her hair is different, she's really glamorous and very likable."...[MORE]

Have Emmys, will party
With HBO cleaning up at Sunday night's Emmys, that definitely made the cable network's after-party - next to West Hollywood's Pacific Design Center - THE place to be. After the prerequisite star-studded Governors Ball at the Shrine, natch.

HBO's huge, red-tented bash felt like the network's commercial that features characters from their series - "Sex and the City," "The Sopranos," "Curb Your Enthusiasm," "Deadwood" and "Six Feet Under" - all interacting.

The "Sex" girls put on quite a fashion show. Sarah Jessica Parker, in a Chanel gown, clutched husband Matthew Broderick and (finally) her gold Emmy....[MORE]

Report: No Britney marriage license on file
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- So, did she or didn't? Britney Spears most definitely got married last week, People magazine reports in its Oct. 4 issue filled with pictures of the pop star and her fiance, Kevin Federline, in wedding apparel and surrounded by family and friends.

What the couple didn't do, according to the Los Angeles County registrar's office, is file a marriage license after the ceremony.
