Here are some steps that you can follow:

1. Right click on my computer and select "Manage"
2. Expand the "Services and Applications" node of the tree.
3. Expand the "Internet Information Services" node of the tree
4. Expand the "Web Sites" node of the tree
5. Right click on the "Default Web Site" node and go to new->virtual directory.

Then after you make the virtual folder you can go to the
propertiesofit and there will be an ASP.NET tab where you can adjust
settings.

Hope this helps.
