Believe me guys have been through the length issues. There are only two belt lengths available (that I can find) close to what I need. One too short (pictured) and one too long. I can not go shorter on my mounting plate design but I can go longer if I have to. I am going to try the longer with an idler. If that does not work then I will make a longer plate.
There was a comment about not being able to use an idler on a bi-directional belt. I would like to address that some if anyone has any ideas.
