Trim command depends on nothing, so I have no idea why that is failing. Install the latest sp then see if you still get the errors. ----- Original Message ----- From: vinki05 To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, October 23, 2004 3:09 PM Subject: [Visual Basic 6 programming] Visual basic Format and trim command Hi Everyone, I just installed Visual basic 6.0 professional edition on my computer. Along with this I also installed service pack 3 that comes with Visual basic 6.0. I am trying to run an existing VB program. When I tried to compile it I am getting errors like trim command, format commad and date commands are not recognized. I am not sure whether I am not adding any particular VB reference or componenet or VB 6.0 is not installed correctly. Please let me know if anyone knows what I am missing. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Yahoo! Groups Sponsor ADVERTISEMENT ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- -- Yahoo! Groups Links a..
