Thanks Rob as always for doing more than answering the poll- well put
and graceful.

Nets are wonderful, even in chilly Maine. I remember one night up in
the Mill Pond near Moose Snare Cove (near Roque and Machias for those
that know Maine- I'm not going to make it easy to find this multihull
haven). We were anchored surrounded by woods in the flattest water
possible. No moon just fabulous stars and once we were still enough for
long enough the stars appeared below the boat as well as above and we
spent a frozen half hour unwilling to move and disturb the sensation of
floating in space with stars above and below and only a spruce ring to
keep us part of this planet.

Another cold night while delivering a broken Team Adventure (the big
cat) under power down the coast, the phosphorescence was in full glory-
mackerel would get trapped between the hulls and swirl around until
bluefish would blast in like torpedoes leaving luminescent wakes. You
could lie on the net looking down at what appeared an incredible video
game of darting forms.
