In XPE2, I included a chapter on outsourcing. My position is that we
should apply the principle of mutual benefit to the problem. What would
be a solution to locating programming jobs that would be good for
everyone involved? The best solution I can think of is to improve the
value created by programming, both co-located and multi-site. I don't
think this is a "case against outsourcing".
