I haven't seen the Interactive Wallpaper in use, so I don't know how weel that
work work.  It looks very promising though.

On the teams that I am working with now, the developers are in MO and most of
the customers are located in VA.  The company has excellent video conferencing
tools that are in almost constant use.  Unfortunately, the video facilities are
in conference rooms, so the communication and feedback cycles aren't as rapid as
we would like them to be.

We are also suffering from some bureaucratic power struggles, which are getting
in the way of progress.  We are getting better, just not as quickly as I would
like.
