I was at an auction in Eureka, Kansas last month. It is a pleasant little town that is not likely to every be any more than it is. A two story house on a corner lot with a detached one car garage sold for $1600. Some houses sell for $2500 in the same area. This particular house was occupied by a 90 year old woman until a few days before the auction. It was not in great shape but the lot alone was worth it for a place to camp and hook up a trailer to the power and water of the house. I imagine there are bargains like that in many shrinking towns of the west. (BTW - thanks for the info on the wireless connection) Neal
