Jessica Durham is accused of allowing her 18-month-old daughter to smoke marijuana to help her with eating and sleeping habits. Durham pleaded innocent in U.S. District Court. Things look bad for her thanks to court documents containing photos, taken by the defendant's friend, showing the toddler smoking a bong pipe. Durham's friend testified that she let her smoke marijuana because she was having trouble sleeping and wasn't eating.
