outsourcing are missing out on significant cost savings, but
administrators need to be aware of potential risks, including lax

EDS REPORTS NET LOSS OF $153M

a net loss of US$153 million, or $0.30 per share, for the third quarter
of this year. The report had been delayed multiple times as the company
