Good afternoon---Nick's surgery went very well, and he is home now, and
taking a snooze. He felt well enough to have me stop by Burger King
drive-thru for a Whopper!
He has the screws as a trophy. They must be made of titanium, too---they
are very light weight, and blue in color. They look just like regular wood
screws!
Kaysa behaved very well up to EMMC.....the doctors and nurses talked to her
alot! A couple of people even held her for me.
Nick was crushed that his father didn't show up at the hospital, and I
don't blame him.....I am sad for my son in that respect......there is no excuse
for that.
We have a loaner car while our van is being repaired...the bb hoop
thing......it's a Ford Focus! Not exactly "van" size!
