On the contrary, I think most don't - mine certainly doesn't. I have a rotary switch to select feed from either the shoreline or the TravelPower, so simultaneity is impossible. If you did boat off with the line connected, surely the earth leakage breaker would pop the moment water penetrated the blue plug.
