I'm pleased to say that that question has been answered, in the
affirmative.

EH has actually been involved with the project all along, and is happy
with it in general.  Moreover, an EH representative attended the
January meeting of the Foxton Locks Partnership, the body overseeing
the future of the site, at which it was reconfirmed that EH has no
objection in principle to reinstating a lift there.
