I've moored several times at Curdworth.   There aren't a lot of moorings
there (and last time half of them were full of BW workboats) but you can
- with care - moor downstream of the tunnel as well.

Others of the family have moored nearer Minworth - there's a big pub at
Wiggins Hill Bridge with moorings outside
