Thanks Mike that does indeed help a great deal... but I do wonder
after reading if anyone else has a slight feeling (Ref Mr. Gumby in
Monty Python) of "My Brain Hurts!"
it looks like a slight tactical error may have been made in getting
this EDM put forward in not making sure that it was an 'All Party"
type.... but perhaps that is something only the largest and best
funded lobbyists can manage?
