Yes - if any of the other webmasters will support us. 

There used to be a uk canals mailing list associated with that other
webring - but it didn't seem well supported and I lost my config
during a computer changeover.

good try - but one thing that is on topic in as much as it is the UK
Waterways webring. 

The basic webring code - was the only part of my sites that ever
failed the validation test. I see you have done a CSS version that
looks almost the same as the original - was that you or is it an
official modification ?.
