The Adverc doesn't shows the volts, it just manipulates them to give you a full charge (which you can't get with just an alternator) - maybe that will be an item to add to 2007's wish list? TVs! Now they have a nasty habit of eating the power. When ours starts getting funny, then the volts are down to almost 10 - we get an audio buzzing when there is a bright picture to display - probably has some technical name like Buzz On Bright Picture ;-) Ron Jones Process Safety & Development Specialist Don't repeat history, unreported chemical lab/plant near misses at http://www.crhf.org.uk Only two things are certain: The universe and human stupidity; and I'm not certain about the universe. ~ Albert Einstein
