One thing to be slightly careful of with PC World is to ensure that the product you are buying is a standard manufacturers product and is supported by that manufacturer. Doubt this is a problem with the HP, but still worth checking. PC World/Dixons have a habit of buying a large number of machines direct from the overseas manufacturing plant, the minute they're out of warranty there is absolutely zero support. We had direct experience of this at work with a Sony Vaio, and the same applied to a "Phillips" I looked at buying form them (before I got the Samsung I'm typing this on from Laptops Direct). I would suggest you double check the model number and check that it's listed on the HP website. I also have to say that Dell support does seem to have improved a bit lately, although it can be difficult sometimes to convince them there really is a problem! They do seem to have suffered quality problems lately though! Glen
