So would I, if it were only 'a few licence dodgers' - but last year it was not far short of ten per cent of all the boats on BW water. But if - as it sounds like - Debbi's terriers have got their teeth into enforcing the existing regs, maybe we won't need any extra ones. In which case maybe there are one or two other areas where the same approach might be adopted... Martin L
