Is that confirmed now, Mike? I've not heard anything here. It still wasn't tied up at the time of the last PWG in December. Waterscape has since sent out a stoppage notice for the Prescott Channel, for construction of a new lock, but Eugene's office is frantically denying that this means funding is agreed! Richard
