Given the proximity of buildings on the north-east side of the 
junction, the bridge will have to come from Redhill Street opposite 
the school site to near tbe school site then rise again to cross the 
new arm. Sue Day will want the bridge horse friendly - so no supports 
on the canal side of the bridge!

And it seems the bridge will project on the Redhill Street sign into 
the present width of the canal.

Doesn't seem to flag up whether steps are allowed or it all has to be 
accessible.
