Blue Artic is standard for 220-240v systems
Yellow Arctic is standard for 110-115v systems. Primarily site tools
etc. Yellow for visibility. You should use blue. Many suppliers offer
Orange for 220-240v Shoreline leads. Again visibility is the reason.

Bear in mind that Arctic (and any flexible cord) is relatively fine
stranded and does not take kindly to being clamped by a screw without
a clamp blade (typically in a socket designed for 2.5mm twin &earth).
Bootlace ferrules or flat tab/wire pin crimps are IMHO the preferred
solution.
