I look at this like a community project. I started it, but I'm getting
a lot of advice here, and I hope people will also help me refine the
lat/long data, which I have originally obtained by converting postcodes
and therefore don't truly pinpoint the locations.
So as a community project, my opinion is that we share the data only
with people not trying to use it to make money (similiar to the Free
Software Foundation).
