I find that its usally off by default.
 - However that is how i like it, Without it everything dead clear 
and crisp if a little pixelated in apperience.
 - Turn it on, and everything becomes a blur of greys and colours as 
it interpolates the image over the induvidual pixel elements.

This is on a pair of 19" Samsung SM 940's running at there native 
resulution of 1024*1280. (One SM 940T, and one SM 940N)
