I see in our last nights paper (the Shropshire Star) there were large
articles on the front page and page 6 concerning an IWA led protest rally
floating life-rings (to help our endangered canals) across that aqueduct near
Llangollen. Every little helps.
(Incidentally... do you need a license to float a life-ring in a BW canal
if it's not there to save a person in distress?)
